All sales are final!
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. Once an item leaves our facility, we can't confirm it was stored or handled safely, so we're unable to resell or restock it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
Shipping issues are covered by our Shipping Policy. If you added Route shipping protection at checkout, file a claim at route.com or in the Route app if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. Orders without shipping protection are not eligible for refunds or reships due to carrier delays, loss, theft, or damage.

Order changes and cancellations
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Email us at info@simplysucre.com as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help if your order hasn't shipped yet.



Our Story

Founded in 2019 by cake artist Blandine Duvillier, SimplySucré began with a single Etsy shop and a passion for creating beautiful cake toppers.
While working as a bakery cashier, Blandine became captivated by the elegance of fondant and began crafting handmade toppers from her home kitchen. What started as a creative side project quickly grew alongside her business studies.
During her time in school, she was hired as a cake decorator, where she refined her skills and deepened her love for the craft. After graduating, she spent a year developing her vision for a modern, elevated cake decorating brand—then took the leap and brought SimplySucré to life.

The Making of the First Luxury Sprinkle Mixes:
While refining her craft and developing a distinctive aesthetic, she noticed a gap in the market: beautiful, high-quality sprinkle mixes that matched the creativity and charm of her toppers were hard to find.
Uninspired by the options available, she began designing her own blends—playful, premium, and full of personality. She envisioned sprinkles that not only looked stunning on desserts but were just as delicious.
SimplySucré’s first luxury sprinkle mixes were born out of this desire to bring more color, flavor, and ease to both home bakers and professionals alike—making it simple to create show-stopping treats without hours of decorating.
